William woke up yesterday morning, and true to his word, asked to wear his underwear. Honestly, I was shocked! On Thursday, when I wrote the last post, I was ready to throw in the towel--William wasn't going to do it no matter what. But, for some reason, he decided he was ready after all.
As far I was concerned, a commitment to wear underwear was a big success! Since then, he's gone in the potty some, and had a few accidents, but we are making progress. Today is going better than yesterday--he is accident free so far at 3:00 p.m. I think this may happen after all! He got his new Cars duplo blocks this morning and was so happy.
Goodbye diapers! It is time to celebrate!
