We found some cool stuff!

This is what the tide pools looked like. Sydney is trying to hold onto to Kate while she reaches in, so she won't fall in. There was lots of mucky kelp and millions of mussels.
And an amazing glimpse into sea life.
The entire area was covered with these mussels. We walked all over on them, but they seemed pretty durable.
A view of the Strait of Juan de Fuca
As usual, Ben had to climb to the highest point around.
After a couple hours of exploring the tide pools, we drove about a half an hour to hike Marymere Falls.
It was a beautiful hike.
We made it to the falls, and then hiked down below.
Can you see the boys down below on the rock?
So cool to see the falls from right underneath...or as close as I would get with the camera.
On the way back we stayed to play in the creek for a while. The morning fog had burned off, and it was a beautiful day.
Lots of moss covered the trees.
Me and my two sisters. So fun to be together!
