Rachel is 14!

Beautiful Rachel had a birthday!  We celebrated by taking a shopping trip to get this growing girl some clothes.  She passed up Sarah long ago, and clothes no longer get passed down to her.  A few weeks ago when the weather started to get warm, we went through her drawers and realized she had pretty much no summer clothes that would still fit.  We had a good time shopping together, although she realized that shopping is exhausting! This is her new sweater and dress she wore to church on her birthday. 

Grandma sent her a present to open, and she also got some new makeup. 

Rachel picked turtle cheesecake for her birthday cake.  I took this picture before we opened the presents. 

When we turned back around to light the candles, we discovered William had done some taste testing during the present opening.  Silly boy!

A few days later Rachel celebrated her birthday with a few friends.  They did a photo scavenger hunt around the Harbor and then came back for cupcakes, games, pizza, and a movie.
