Boating in the Harbor

It took a while for the stars to line up (good weather and time to go occurring on the same day), but we finally were able to all go out together in our new boat.  We explored the beautiful harbor right here where we live.

It is definitely a different perspective from out on a boat.  So beautiful!
 There was lots to see.
We even ran into our amazingly wonderful and sweet neighbors.

We went out of the Harbor and into the open waters.  We had an great view of the Tacoma Narrows bridge.

Rachel and Sarah's friend Maya came along for the fun.

We saw seals swimming through the water and even caught sight of a fishy face or two.

After some time out in the open water, testing how fast the boat could go, we headed back into the Harbor.

 This was one happy guy.

It was a beautiful evening, and we stayed until the sun sunk down towards the horizon.
Definitely a good day.
