King Tut aka Ben

Ben's 4th grade class did a famous person project.  Each student picked a famous person and then did a report on that person.  Ben chose King Tut, which was especially relevant to him, since we had just been to the Cairo museum, and saw all the King Tut artifacts.

The culmination of the event was today with their famous person museum.  All the students dressed up like their famous person and gave a memorized speech to all the parents and other students that attended as we walked by.

I've been working on Ben's costume for a few days.

I think he looks pretty awesome--especially with the eyeliner!  (It was a huge challenge to get him to stop flinching long enough to get it on!)
